Nylon spiral chute is based on the difference of specific gravity, particle size and shape between useful minerals and gangue minerals to produce a dynamic centrifugal flow film of pulp on the inclined plane of the spiral. In the comprehensive force field of gravity and centrifugal force, it realizes the separation of useful minerals and gangue by using the gravity, hydrodynamic pressure and friction force of different particles. The water in the nylon spiral chute not only makes downward spiral movement, but also makes transverse circulating flow. The flow velocity in the upper layer is fast, resulting in large inertial centrifugal force, which is thrown to the outer edge of the groove. The lower water flow adjacent to the bottom of the tank has slow rotation speed and small centrifugal force. Under the action of gravity, it flows from the outer edge to the inner edge, resulting in secondary reflux. The heavy ore particles in the pulp settle rapidly, gradually move to the inner edge along the convergent helix, and then produce in the form of concentrate. Light minerals settle slowly, are on the surface of ore flow, have fast flow velocity and large centrifugal force. Under the action of transverse circulation, they gradually move to the outer edge along the expanding spiral line, and then output in the form of tailings.
