2. The connecting bolt holes on the spiral plate are generally pre drilled by the manufacturer. If it is not processed by the manufacturer, it is necessary to drill holes according to the same sample to ensure good interchangeability.

3. Connect five turns of spiral plates into a group of spiral grooves with bolts and place them horizontally. The smooth transition of the inner surface at the connection of two adjacent flanges shall prevail. During connection, pay special attention that the surface of the lower plate shall not be lower than the corresponding surface of the lower plate. Along the radial direction. (groove width direction) shall be aligned from the outer edge, and the outer edge of the lower sheet is not allowed to lean inward. The purpose of this installation is to prevent ore flow splashing. If there is a joint at the joint, it shall be troweled with putty.

4. Screw the connected four head (or two or three head) spiral grooves in a group of five pieces together and distribute them into the required shape.

5. Install the four (three) columns on the four (or three or two) spiral grooves in turn, fix the spiral groove and the column with bolts, and then install the cross (tripod) to make the screws of each head evenly distributed around, and then screw all the bolts. After installation, the spiral pieces shall maintain the natural shape without obvious deformation.

6. Install the ore feeding tank and product intercepting tank at the head end and tail end of the spiral tank respectively. Ensure that the connection is tight and watertight. If there is a gap, it needs to be sealed with paint to ensure that the tank surface is smooth and excessive.

7. The ore feeding homogenizer and product gathering bucket are not connected with the tank support and are freely placed on the support. Pay attention to the correct position according to the drawing during installation. Each row pipe of the Distributor shall be aligned with the corresponding ore feeding tank.

8. The spiral chute foundation generally does not need to be fixed, but it is placed on four (three) plane foundations at the same level. After installation, check whether the vertical axis of the spiral chute is plumb, and add shims under the column to adjust the plumb. The spiral chute shall be provided with an operating platform at an appropriate height, and the spiral chute strut shall be properly connected with the platform.

When it is widely used in industry, it shall be configured in groups, and the ore shall be fed quantitatively with multi pipe ore separator. The nylon spiral chute shall be configured in continuous rows to save the floor area.
