The heavy ore particles in the pulp settle rapidly, gradually move to the inner edge along the convergent helix, and then produce in the form of concentrate. Light minerals settle slowly, are located on the surface of ore flow, have fast flow velocity and large centrifugal force. Under the action of transverse circulation, they gradually move to the outer edge along the spiral line of the expanding nylon spiral chute, and then output in the form of tailings.
