Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of beneficiation shaker

3. Adjust the slope adjustment hand wheel to change the cross slope of the bed surface; Adjust the size of flushing water and the position of water distribution valve, change the flow rate and distribution of flushing water film, and obtain a neat and developed concentrate belt.

4. The bed runout can be removed by adjusting the tightness of the spring, adjusting the improper position of the four support points, correcting the mismatched stroke stroke system, and correcting the deflection at the connection of the pull rod.

5. Check whether the connecting screw is loose, whether the position of the pull rod is appropriate, whether the spring is loose or broken, whether the shaking or sliding surface is in good contact, and whether the bed surface is in contact with non shaking parts. The cause of the abnormal sound can be found and eliminated.

6. The moving parts at the head of the bed shall be replaced when they are worn too much. Ore trough and water tank shall be firm to prevent loosening.

7. During ore shutdown, the bed surface shall be flushed to avoid oxidation and scaling of impurities. If there is scaling, it shall be removed.

8. If the surface of beneficiation shaker is damaged, resin filler wear-resistant agent can be prepared for repair.
