The evenly divided pulp is slowly fed to the spiral groove surface through the ore feeding orange.

The tail end of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block product interception groove to divide the sorted ore flow into several products according to grade. The cut-off width of each product is changed by adjusting the position of the valve block. The ore receiving bucket is a concentric annular cylinder, which collects and exports the intercepted multiple ore streams according to products.

The cross section of nylon spiral chute is cubic parabola. The slope change of the curve is especially suitable for the selection of fine particle materials.
