The ore particles are subjected to the following three mutually perpendicular forces on the surface of the beneficiation shaker:
(1) Gravity of ore particles in medium;
(2) Hydrodynamic action of transverse flow and pulp flow;
(3) The power of differential reciprocating motion of bed surface.
Under the action of these forces, the ore particle groups located in the bed strip ditch carry out two basic separation movements: loose stratification and transportation zoning. The type of bed strip, bed surface friction and bed inclination have an important influence on the separation process.
