The wooden structure bed surface shall be paved with rubber, nailed with wooden bed strips or bonded with plastic rubber bed strips. The wooden bed surface has a long manufacturing period and is easy to be deformed and damaged. FRP bed surface has been popularized in recent years. The bed surface is a composite structure of steel skeleton and FRP, and the working surface is coated with corundum resin wear-resistant layer. The bed strip can be molded directly on the bed surface. Its advantages are light weight (300-350 kg), low cost and short manufacturing period. Its service life is expected to be more than 10 years. The aluminum alloy bed has the advantages of light weight, flat surface, no deformation and long service life, but the cost is high. In China, only semi industrial equipment or experimental shaker (feed end width × Discharge end width × Length = 1050x800 × 2100 mm). Bed strips are arranged on all bed surfaces, and the direction of bed strips is parallel to the transmission direction. However, the middle section is also arranged in an inclined shape to form a waveform bed strip (see the detailed explanation of single / double curved wave shaking table technology). In the inclined strip area, light minerals are easy to discharge, which helps to improve the treatment capacity of the equipment and increase the metal recovery.
