Beneficiation shaker is one of the main gravity separation methods in coal mines and coal washing plants.
The basic process of beneficiation shaker is: the flushing water fed by the water supply tank is covered with the transversely inclined bed surface, and a uniform inclined thin-layer water flow is formed. When the slurry is fed into the reciprocating bed, the ore particles are loosely stratified according to density under the combined action of gravity, water flow impulse, inertial force generated by bed shaking and friction.
The main advantages of beneficiation shaker are: low processing capacity per unit area and large floor area. The manually selected particle size is generally less than 2mm, which is particularly effective for fine-grained materials of 1-0.04mm.
The beneficiation shaker has the advantages of easy operation, reliable operation and high separation efficiency. For roughing and scavenging, the recovery rate can reach more than 80%. In order to further improve the production capacity and separation efficiency of shaking table, multi-layer shaking table, centrifugal shaking table and other equipment have been studied and developed.
