Therefore, the actual operation staff of the shaking table should work hard, strictly monitor the zoning status, and carry out the necessary adjustment anytime and anywhere.

2. On the other hand, the transverse inclination of the shaking table should also be supplemented by the transverse flow size in order to have a good separation effect.

3. The size of cleaning water shall be appropriate. The cleaning water includes ore feeding water and cleaning water. The cleaning water shall be evenly distributed on the bed surface and the size shall be appropriate. The cleaning water is large, the grade of concentrate is improved, but the utilization rate is reduced. Generally, when solving the problem of coarse raw materials or extraction, the cleaning water should be larger.

4. The feed concentration value is suitable. For the shaker smelter, the feed concentration value shall ensure that the pulp can have sufficient fluidity and development level along the bed surface, and the water level can immerse the ore particles. In general, the feed concentration of coarse sand is 20% ~ 30%, and the feed concentration of gravel is 15% ~ 25%. Most of the water in the feed flows down the tailings belt, and the fine mud is very easy to be washed away, resulting in the outflow of gravel metal materials and minerals.

5. Suitable stroke and stroke times. The suitable values of stroke and stroke times are related to the particle size distribution of selected raw materials, shaker load and relative density of iron ore. When solving the raw materials with large particle size distribution and thick bed, the beneficiation shaker with large stroke and small stroke shall be selected; When solving fine sand and slime, it is just the opposite. Small stroke and large flushing should be selected.
