1、 6-s shaker / FRP shaker:

6-s shaker, also known as FRP shaker, has high rich ore ratio, high separation efficiency, easy care and easy to adjust stroke. When changing the cross slope and stroke, the bed operation balance can still be maintained. The spring is placed in the tank, the structure is compact, and the final concentrate and final tailings can be obtained in turn.

This shaker is mainly suitable for separating ore, but it can also be used to treat slime. It is widely used to separate tin, tungsten, gold and silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium and coal.

2、 Yunxi shaker:

Yunxi shaker is also known as Guiyang shaker. In structure, it is similar to plat-o shaking table abroad. Yunnan Tin type headboard has great asymmetry and wide differential adjustment range to adapt to different feeding particle size and sorting requirements. The bedside mechanism has reliable operation, few easily worn parts and no loopholes.

3、 Double deck shaker:

The double-layer shaking table has the advantages of good wear resistance and low power consumption. The bed surface of the shaking table is made of steel frame and FRP, and the surface is provided with wear-resistant coating. The main components include the head of the bed, connecting device, frame and receiving groove. Double layer shaker is widely used in sorting fine-grained materials.

4、 Shajin shaker:

The placer shaker sends the placer particles from the ore feeding tank at the upper corner of the bed surface, and the transverse flushing water is supplied by the water feeding tank. Therefore, under the action of gravity, transverse water impulse and inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed surface, the placer particles are layered according to specific gravity and particle size, and move longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. Ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down along their respective movement direction, discharged from different areas at the concentrate end and tailings side respectively, and then divided into concentrate, middling and tailings.

The beneficiation shaker can be used for different operations such as roughing, cleaning and sweeping, and separate different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm) and slime (- 0.074). When processing tungsten, tin and other ores, the effective recovery particle size range of the shaking table is 2-0.22mm. It can also be used to separate iron, manganese ore and coal.
