The ore dressing shaker sends the ore particles from the ore feeding tank at the upper corner of the bed surface, and the transverse flushing water is supplied by the water feeding tank. Therefore, under the action of gravity, transverse water impulse and inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed surface, the placer gold particles are layered according to specific gravity and particle size, and move longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. Ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down along their respective movement direction, discharged from different areas at the concentrate end and tailings side respectively, and then divided into concentrate, middling and tailings.
In order to ensure its production efficiency, it is recommended that you follow the following points:
1. Timely adjust the washing water volume and cross slope according to the incoming ore changes to keep the concentrate belt stable and in a straight line.
2. The sand trough and ore discharge hole of the shaker shall be cleaned frequently to keep it unobstructed, the sand shall be discharged evenly, and there shall be no ditch rapids on the bed surface.
3. After each maintenance, actively check and adjust the stroke and stroke times to ensure that they meet the technical requirements.
4. Inspection before start-up: before start-up, carefully check whether the safety hanging cover is complete, whether there is oil leakage at the shaking head and whether the lubricating oil circuit is normal. Whether the channels and grooves of the mud hopper and sub chassis are unblocked, whether there are sundries blocking, and whether the electrical equipment is normal.
5. Patrol inspection shall be conducted during normal operation of shaker of gold extraction equipment:
a. Whether the temperature and sound of motor and bedside oil bin are normal, whether the anchor bolts are stable, whether the bed surface jumps, and whether the oil chain in bedside oil bin rotates.
b. Whether the process is disordered, whether the flow direction is correct, and whether the pipeline and groove are leaking.
c. Check whether the clearance between the mud separator, overflow tank of the separator and the sand stop strip of the grading box is unblocked, and timely remove the dirt on the bed surface of the beneficiation shaker.
