2. Check whether the screws of the shaker beneficiation equipment are loose, the position of the pull rod, whether the spring is damaged, and whether the sliding surface of the shaker is in good condition. In case of abnormal sound, it shall be found and eliminated in time.

3. It is necessary to regularly check whether all parts are in good condition, mainly including the bed surface, head and frame of the shaker. Firstly, it is necessary to check whether the table surface of the shaking table contacts the non shaking parts and the inclination of the table surface. If the surface of the shaking table is damaged, the resin filler wear-resistant agent can be prepared for repair.

4. When shaking the storage box, special attention shall be paid to prevent the surface of the shaking table from deformation. Do not expose to the sun and rain, resulting in moisture.

5. During shutdown, in order to avoid oxidation and scaling of impurities, it is necessary to wash the surface of beneficiation shaker with water. In case of scaling, it shall be removed in time.
