The head mechanism has reliable operation, few easily worn parts and no loopholes. The disadvantage is that the spring is installed under the bed surface, It is inconvenient to repair and adjust the stroke (the spring needs to be loosened first when adjusting the stroke); The cross slope of the bed surface can be adjusted, and the sink range is small (0 ° ~ 5 °); When the cross slope and stroke adjustment are too large, the bed surface vibration will be caused by the excessive separation between the axis of the pull rod at the head of the bed and the axis of the center of gravity of the bed surface. Spring shaker

This kind of shaker uses soft and hard springs as the differential motion mechanism, which is unique compared with the above-mentioned shaker. The head of the shaker includes a transmission device and a differential device. The transmission device is composed of a motor, an eccentric wheel (or eccentric wheel) rocker. The main disadvantage of the spring shaker is that the stroke will change with the ore feeding amount, and even stop by itself when the load is too heavy, but under normal ore feeding conditions, the workload of care is small
