1. Check and embed the anchor screws before installation. The 6S shaker inspection is mainly to check whether the parts of the shaker are complete and whether there is loss in appearance. Secondly, the installation and adjustment of the anchor screw is very important. If the anchor screw is not adjusted properly, there will be an error in the height of the traction screw between the linkage seat and the bed surface. When the bed surface tilts, the reciprocating rod may be broken.

2. Install the connector and four connecting blocks in front of the lifting bed, adjust their height and accurate position, ensure that the installation center of the bed is consistent with the center of the connector at the head of the bed, and ensure that the holes of each connecting screw on the bed are aligned with appropriate tightness, and the gap between the support and the connecting part shall not be too large to prevent noise and wear.

3. It is an important link to install two small space-time loads for commissioning and operation. In this process, it is mainly to check whether the motor works normally during the starting and operation of 6S shaker; Contact condition of all parts and wear condition of friction joint surface; Whether there is abnormal noise; Whether the lubrication is normal; Whether the cross slope adjustment is flexible and stable, etc. And pay attention to recheck after 24 hours to confirm whether the operation of the shaking table is qualified.
