Separation operation of beneficiation shaker:

(1) Sand free zone function: desliming and dehydration. If the mud content of ore feeding is high, the sand free zone is turbid; If the feeding particle size is coarse or the stroke is large and the cross slope is small, the sand free area is wide. The normal width is 0.9 ~ 1.4m

(2) Stratified area: the ore flow is required to be stable without torrent or ditch. The ore bed is too thick and can be covered by water. It can be controlled by adjusting the feed concentration and the sand hole of the feed tank.

(3) Primary beneficiation area: it is the interval for separating medium ore and flushing out medium ore as much as possible. To prevent the medium ore from entering the cleaning area, it is adjusted by adjusting the flushing water and cross slope.

(4) Concentration area: this area requires obvious zoning of various specific gravity minerals. A stable and obvious boundary should be formed between the concentration area and the primary selection area. This area is controlled by adjusting the flushing water and cross slope.
