In actual production, due to the lack of correct maintenance methods and incorrect installation when replacing parts, some conventional problems are easy to occur. Most of the actual users lack experience in inspection and maintenance, which affects the normal production of the concentrator and causes unnecessary losses. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out common troubleshooting and repair methods.

1. Maintenance of beneficiation shaker:

This is very important because it will affect the beneficiation service life of the beneficiation and shaker. Many people don't know that the maintenance of beneficiation shaker is also very simple, that is, refuel the bearings every shift at ordinary times, and often check whether the foundation bolts of bed base and motor are loose. If it is shut down for a long time, fill each connecting shaft with oil and loosen all foundation bolts. The bed surface should be placed horizontally in a cool place, and if possible, put it into a flat bottom pool.

2. Maintenance of beneficiation shaker:

The main parts that are easy to cause abnormal sound of beneficiation shaker are as follows: large pulley, shaking rod, spring, eccentric shaft, elbow plate and support plate of 6S shaking box on saddle footing. Stop the machine for inspection and rotate the large pulley by hand. If you feel that there is a gap between the large pulley, it indicates that the large pulley is not installed stably. In this way, it is easy to produce abnormal noise in actual production. First, remove the two elbow plates next to it, stabilize the large pulley with one hand and swing the shaking rod with the other hand. Under normal circumstances, it can only swing left and right with more effort, and it can't swing back and forth. If it is the opposite, the rocker is not fixed. This situation is not easy to produce abnormal noise in production. Check whether the position of the four support plates is correct, such as whether they are in the middle of the shaking box, and whether they will scratch the side wall of the shaking box.
