"Qinlong" trademark fiber-glass tables

Tables are effective gravity concentration equipment widely used all over the world. The working parts of tables are the wood rifles layer on tables. The manufacture of the wood rifles is very complicated, easy deformed and damaged, not easy maintenance, and short lefe. In order to overcome these shortcomimgs, the Company developed stronger, keeping un-deformed, abrasion-resistant, less maintenance, quick making fiber glass rifles instead of wood ones together with other R&D institutes. The company has the equipment design drawings throught technical demonstration by experts in China, as well as whole set of process tedchnology, More work still is being done in improvement of such tables, so now the new polymer rifles on tables are called "Qinlong" tables. All tables ade by the Company are covered with fiber glass reinforced and polymer rifies(grooved) poured, which is high in abrasion-resistance.

1.LS(6-S)Tables

2.YS(Yunxi)Tables

Surface:1500X4500mm; Area:7.4²

Surface: coarse ore: feed size:2mm; throughput:1.25-2.5 t/table/h

Fine ore: feed size:1.5mm; throughput:0.42-0.83 t/table/h

Slime: feed size:0.074mm; throughput:0.13-0.3 t/table/h

The coarse surfaces include: standard type, mono-wave fold-line type, dual-wave fold-line type.

3.MS Tables for Coal Preparation

MS Tables(originally called Yin-type Table) is a new type hight-efficiency table with the advantages of wide size range for feed, higher capacity, clearer separation zone and so on.

The table surfaces include rectangular and recifications: 1550mm; 150-1800x4420mm;area:6.86m2;7.4m'respectively.The tables are divided into 3 types used for coarse ore,fineore and slimes. Capacity: 2-4 vtable/h for gum; 1-3 Vtable/h for coal mud; 1-3 t/table/h for coal gangue.

4. JS Tables for Gold Concentration

JS Table (originally called Jin-type Table ) is a new type high-efficiency which is determincy in design with computer repeatedly, with advantages of wide size range for feed, higher capacity, abrasion-resistance andcorrosion-resistance.

They can be used for lab tests and leaning of placer gold .

7. ZY Standing double-layer Tables, 3-layer Tables; area: 3.74m2

A 6-S head can drive 2-layer or 3-layer tables, so the throughput capacity per unit area can be doubled.

The tables have rectangular and rhombic shapes. The rifles have two types: The rifles. The rifes have the tandard and the tables are commonly used for coal preparation

8. XY Hanging Multi-layer Tables

A new multi-eccentric inertia head is used for such tables. The head multi-layers are hanging in operation.

It has the advantages of high-efficiency and energy-sable surfaces have rectang. The table surficies of high and end the surficies and the shapes.2.or 3-layers can be equipped for a table.

It can be used for tungsten, coal, and cangue, and can increased by 3-4 times. It is applicable for mobile mineral processing plant.

As LS type and YS type tables have the advantages of stable performance, high concentration ratio, easy operation, commonly as the cleaners for roughing concentrate from the spiral chute.

The combined application of tables and spiral chutes is the optimum form for concentraion of minerals.
